Several volunteers of the Society perform key jobs:

  • Eric Ranger is the Society's Archivist, Auction Committee Chair, and has served as chair of the VANPEX Awards Committee.

  • Leslie S.S. Upton coordinates the sales circuits from the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada.

  • Yichuan Sang edits the newsletter. Contact him at pandastamps@hotmail.com, telephone 604-780-8199. Bob Ingraham is assistant editor.

  • Mike Strachan, Trevor Larden, Tim Woodland, and Leslie S.S. Upton help with our auctions.

  • Roger Packer takes charge of our need for snacks by faithfully providing tea, instant coffee, and cookies at our meetings.

  • Harry Tessman arrives early for every meeting to set up tables and chairs and organize the snack table.

  • Fritz Graf, our "handyman-on-call," is always prepared to lift, carry, deliver this or that here or there, drill a hole, mount a bracket, pound a nail, wield a screwdriver, or repair an exhibit frame. Fritz often serves as a generous "taxi driver" for members who no longer drive.

  • Alex Hadden manages the Society's database.

  • Bob Ingraham is webmaster.
